Digital Products Return Policy: For digital products, including but not limited to Procreate brushes and digital artwork:

• Customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied.

• To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund.

Physical Products Return Policy: Our physical products are fulfilled by Printful.com, which has its own return policy linked here. For issues related to misprints, damage, or defects:

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days after product receipt.

• For lost packages, claims are to be made no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

• Returns due to buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are at the customer's expense, unless residing in Brazil, where specific conditions apply.

Refunds:

• Refunds for cancelled orders due to stock or quality issues will be processed promptly.

• Quality checks are conducted on all items before dispatch. We are not liable for damages incurred during shipping.

• Upon receiving and inspecting returned items that meet our return criteria, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping for Returns:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Art and Design will not cover shipping costs for returns, including items initially shipped for free.
